Send a self-isolation certificate to others (QA)
If the StopCOVID NI app asks you to self-isolate, you can send notice of this to someone else, for example, your employer or the Social Security Agency.

Your name and the date on which your self-isolation period ends.
You will be asked for your name and email address, and the names and email addresses of the people you want to send a certificate to. HSC will send the certificate to these email addresses from a Gov.UK Notify email address and then delete all of the information you provided.
You can decide not to do this and return to the StopCOVID NI app. Any information you may have provided will not be stored.
